Great day for a winter hike! Parked at the rec center and crossed the road to take the red trail to the highlands trail. Luckily not too icy. Not a bad little hike!
Took the Appalachian from deckertown turnpike and back. A little over 8 miles. Not the best view due to snow but a fun hike regardless.
One of my favorites! Great views from the summit.
Ended up doing around 8 miles with friends over the summer. A bit overgrown but a fun hike. I love norvin green but some of the trails can get confusing in other parts of the park.
Went to the highlands natural pool to cool off after!
Super windy at the top. Did a loop to see Steenykill lake with the dog.
I've done this one multiple times. No view from the top but check out Headley overlook for a nice view.
