Mt Tammany: It was a nice "Spring" day. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping and about 50 of us were running loop after loop of the Red Dot & Blue Dot trails as part of the Mt Tammany race. I accomplished my goal of 4 ascents, 14.6 miles and 4763' gain. The trails were a nice mixture of frozen dirt, mud, rock, snow and ice. It certainly made for an interesting race.
Red dot up - blue dot down.
Amazing hike! Not too challenging, fantastic views from the lookout near the summit. Climb down the lookout area to get a full glimpse of the Delaware winding its way at the base of Mount Minsi.
Dunnfield Creek was a beautiful creek and nice path on the way out.
