Brom Vermeulen's Ascent of Jenny Jump Mountain #1 (1134 feet)

Trip Report: Started from Ghost Lake parking area about 1:00 PM, after deciding it wouldn't rain til late PM. Followed the Ghost Lake Trail to a high point; took a bearing, and began bushwhacking toward the summit. Right about then it started to pour.

Reached the summit, expecting parting clouds and celestial music, but it just kept on raining.

Got a bit confused with my back bearing, so it took a little longer to get back to the trail and down to the car; but we couldn't get any wetter. We could have put on rain jackets, but it was nice to be cool for the first time in a month.
