Bill Winterbottom's Ascent of High Point (1803 feet)

Trip Report: A Sunny day with a nice breeze and not has humid then it has been. I left right after work at started hiking about 5:30pm.
I done this hike a number of times, just never official and is my 1st one. I saw a young bear when entering parking lot. I started at Steeny Hill Lake, went up the blue trail and some unmarked trails to the Nature center. From the center I walked up the road to the monument. I had some really nice views. I think I could make out the NY skyline. Took the LP down to Red/blue trail and back the Steeny Steeny Hill lake.
